How to use leftover yarn!

The path to knitting may vary for each person, but one thing that everyone experiences after finishing a project is:
"Leftover yarn..."
It's rare to use up the yarn perfectly, isn't it?
You can buy more of the same yarn, but even then, a little bit always ends up leftover.
There might be some of you who think it's a waste to throw it away, but don't know what to do with it.
So, this time, we'd like to introduce some ways to use leftover KOGANE yarn!
~Pop winter accessories with multi-colored mittens~
When you have several colors of yarn, about 10-15 grams each, we recommend knitting multi-colored accessories!
Based on the Kit / Cashmere Hand Warmers, we've made the wrist ribbing a bit longer and tapered the hand and fingertips by decreasing stitches to create a mitten shape.
You can change the yarn color whenever you like. You can create playful items by having different color placements on the right and left hands, or by varying the stripe width!
The key is probably to knit playfully without overthinking it too much...?

~Significantly boost design with duplicate stitch embroidery!~
This is a way to utilize small amounts of yarn, less than 5 grams.
By adding duplicate stitch embroidery to a finished piece, the design quality of the piece significantly increases.
Duplicate stitch embroidery is convenient because you can essentially create any pattern by tracing the stitches of the main knitted fabric from above.
It's fun to decide on a pattern while examining your work and then embroider it.
Another key point is that it's relatively easy to adjust the position◎

~Cute accent with an arranged pompom~
This is another way to use leftover yarn, less than 5 grams.
The pompom is a design element and charming feature of the Kit / Cashmere Knit Cap.
When making this pompom, I tried mixing in some leftover yarn.
Making a colorful pompom added a nice accent!
It might be interesting to incorporate your favorite colors or "oshi" (favored) colors.
