Cancellation policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in cases where the item is defective or an incorrect item has been shipped.

If you have selected bank transfer as your payment method, please complete your payment within 7 days of placing your order. Orders that are not paid within this period will be automatically cancelled.
