Customs and Import Taxes

Customers outside Japan are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please check your local customs office for details before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

All international orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Delivery Time: Usually takes 3–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
