Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Definitions)

"These Terms" refers to these Store Terms of Service.

"The Operator" refers to the operator of the online store established using this service (KOGANE KEORI Co., Ltd.).

"The Service" refers to the e-commerce services provided by the Operator via the internet.

"Purchaser" refers to an individual who applies to purchase products after fully understanding and approving these Terms and the Privacy Policy in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Operator.

"User" refers collectively to individuals who search, view, or use information provided by the Operator through the Service, including images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, and other information (hereinafter referred to as "Content"), after fully understanding and approving these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Article 2 (Applicability)
The Operator establishes these Terms for the use of the Service by Users. By starting to use the Service, a User is deemed to have accepted the contents of these Terms.
Article 3 (Changes to These Terms)
The Operator may amend these Terms within the scope of the purpose of the Service if the Operator deems it necessary. If a User or Purchaser uses the Service after such changes have been made, they are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Chapter 2: Purchase of Products
Article 4 (Purchase of Products)

Users may purchase products from the Operator through the Service.

Users wishing to purchase products shall apply for the purchase in accordance with the procedures separately prescribed by the Operator.

A sales contract for the product shall be executed between the User and the Operator when the User clicks the button to confirm the order (after verifying the delivery address and order details entered) and subsequently receives an order confirmation email from the Operator.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if any fraudulent or inappropriate act occurs in connection with the use of the Service, the Operator may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.

Minor Users may not purchase products through the Service without the prior consent of a qualified legal representative.
Article 5 (Changes to Registered Information)
Purchasers shall promptly notify the Operator of any changes to their name, address, or other information provided at the time of purchase. Transactions processed prior to the notification of changes will be carried out based on the information provided before the change.
Article 6 (Payment Methods)

The total payment amount for products shall be the sum of the sales price displayed on the site, consumption tax, shipping fees, and processing fees.

Payment for products purchased through the Service shall be limited to the methods prescribed by the Operator.

In the case of credit card payments, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions separately contracted between the Purchaser and the credit card company. Any disputes between the Purchaser and the credit card company shall be resolved between those parties.

If the Purchaser uses other payment methods designated by the Service involving a separate contract with a payment service provider, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions of such provider. Any disputes shall be resolved between the Purchaser and the payment service provider.
Article 7 (Returns)
The Operator shall handle product returns in accordance with the "Special Provisions on Returns" found within the "Legal Notice (Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions)" posted on the website.
Chapter 3: Handling of Personal Information
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Operator shall handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately prescribed by the Operator.
Chapter 4: User Responsibilities
Article 9 (Prohibited Actions)
Users and Purchasers are prohibited from performing the following acts:

Acts that cause or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other Users, third parties, or the Operator.

Acts that infringe or may infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or the Operator.

Acts that violate or may violate public order and morals, or other laws and regulations.

Using Content obtained through the Service outside the scope of private use.

Reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, or making public Content obtained through the Service via other Users or third parties, or similar acts.

Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or other services provided by the Operator.

Acts that the Operator reasonably deems inappropriate, such as damaging the reputation or credibility of the Operator.

Other acts that the Operator deems inappropriate.
Chapter 5: Disclaimer
Article 10 (Disclaimers)

The Operator shall not be liable for any damage caused to third parties due to a User or Purchaser's violation of these Terms.

The Operator makes no guarantee regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the content of the Service or information obtained through the Service.

In principle, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or Purchasers arising from the use of the Service. However, if the contract between the Operator and the User/Purchaser constitutes a "Consumer Contract" under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, the provisions fully exempting the Operator from liability shall not apply. In such cases, the Operator's liability for damages caused by default or tort (excluding cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence) shall be limited to the total amount paid by the User/Purchaser to the Operator under these Terms during the one-year period preceding the date the damage occurred.

The Operator shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation to deliver products and shall be exempt from liability by contacting the contact information registered by the Purchaser and delivering the products to the specified destination if the Purchaser fails or refuses to receive the products, is unable to receive them due to long-term absence, or if the delivery address is unknown.
Chapter 6: Miscellaneous
Article 11 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)
Content provided through the Service belongs exclusively to the Operator or third parties with legitimate rights. If a problem arises with a third party in violation of this article, the User or Purchaser shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense without causing any damage or loss to the Operator.
Article 12 (Governing Law)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Article 13 (Consultation and Jurisdiction)
In the event of matters not stipulated in these Terms or doubts regarding their interpretation, the Operator and the User/Purchaser shall consult in good faith to resolve the issue promptly. All disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator as the court of first instance.
