Shipping Policy
All international orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Delivery Time: Usually takes 3–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. For domestic shipping within Japan, please refer to the Japanese version of this page or contact us directly.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
